Hi, I'm Coach Chanty!
I'm a Certified Life Coach for Kids & Teens and the proud auntie of six incredible nieces and nephews — plus two amazing goddaughters.
Those who know me best would say I’ve always had a deep love for mentorship, children, and helping others. Friends and family have often told me that connecting with kids and coaching comes naturally to me — and they’re right!
My Mission
At Chanty’s Confidence Club, my mission is to help kids and teens build the mental and emotional skills they need to navigate the ups and downs of growing up. I’m passionate about supporting youth in strengthening their mental health in a preventative way — giving them tools to handle life’s challenges before they become overwhelming.
Millions of kids today are struggling emotionally, especially since the COVID-19 pandemic. I want to be part of the solution — helping children and families develop resilience, confidence, and self-belief through mindset development.
Parents have so much on their plates, and many are managing their own mental health challenges too. I believe that supporting children’s mental wellness should start early — equipping them with lifelong skills to handle whatever comes their way.
Kids today are growing up in an especially challenging world, surrounded by pressures from social media and changing social dynamics. Now more than ever, they need support, guidance, and tools to help them thrive — not just survive.
This is why I’m here. I’ve never felt more confident in my life’s purpose than I do right now.

Why I Started
They say many businesses begin from something you wish you had yourself — and that’s true for me.
I grew up with divorcing parents and experienced bullying from elementary school through high school — even as an adult. Those experiences deeply affected how I saw myself and my mental well-being.
I would have greatly benefitted from learning the mindset skills I now teach — skills like:
Building self-esteem and confidence
Managing peer pressure and overcoming bullying
Silencing negative self-talk
Overcoming fear, doubt, and failure
Regulating emotions like anger and anxiety
Developing a supportive belief system
Avoiding comparison and embracing authenticity
Bouncing back from tough times with resilience
It wasn’t until my 30s that I began working on my mindset and developing these essential life tools. That journey changed everything for me — and it’s what drives me to help kids learn these lessons now, when it can make the biggest difference.

Why Kids Need This
I’ve often wondered why personal development is only marketed to adults when we begin forming our core beliefs about ourselves as early as five years old.
Schools teach academics like math and science, but not the emotional tools needed to handle life. Elementary, middle, and high school can be some of the most emotionally challenging years — shaping who we become and what we believe is possible for our lives.
Since our brains don’t fully develop until around age 25, kids and teens often “act out” or struggle simply because they don’t yet have the tools to regulate emotions or think in supportive ways.
These are the skills that make a difference:
Emotional regulation
Resilience
Mindset shifts
Healthy self-talk
Setting goals
Standing up to peer pressure
Believing in themselves
Without these tools, kids may turn to harmful coping mechanisms or struggle to manage big emotions. But with the right guidance, they can build confidence, self-awareness, and a mindset that helps them thrive — no matter what life throws their way.

My Journey Here
Before becoming a Life Coach, I spent 15 years in the Consumer Packaged Goods (CPG) industry with global brands like Molson Coors, Conagra Brands, and Red Bull Canada. I worked across diverse roles in marketing, sales, operations, procurement, and event management — all of which strengthened my leadership, empathy, and communication skills.
Throughout my career, I’ve been deeply involved in philanthropy and nonprofit work with organizations including SickKids, Covenant House, Plan International Canada, CAMH, Toonies4Tummies, and United Way.
In 2022, I transitioned full-time into the nonprofit sector, helping raise funds for global initiatives supporting children’s rights and gender equality. That experience opened my eyes even more to the impact I could make by working directly with kids.
After completing a psychology course, I earned my certification as a Life Coach for Kids & Youth through the Adventures in Wisdom program — a proven system with over 4,000 coaches across North America, helping thousands of children build stronger mindsets and self-belief.
